Who looks after it
ELEVENEVEN DESIGNS LTD, trading as Eleven Even Designs, is responsible for your details. It is a company registered in England and Wales, number 17509625, with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. What we collect
When you write to us: your name, email and message.
When you ask for the welcome code or join the list: your email, and your yes to hearing from us.
When you apply for a founding place: what you tell us in the form.
When you buy: your name, email, billing details and what you bought. Your card details go to the payment provider and never reach us.
When we build your site or keep it up to date: your answers to our forms, your logo and your photos.
Why we use it
To reply to you. To deliver what you bought. To send the emails you asked for, until you unsubscribe. To keep the records the law asks a business to keep.
In legal terms: our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us, and our legal obligations.
Who else handles it
Framer hosts this site and receives its forms. Shopify runs the checkout and takes payment. Klaviyo sends our emails.
Some of these companies store data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires. Nobody else gets your details.
Cookies
This site remembers two things in your browser: your answer to the cookie notice, and whether you’ve seen the welcome offer.
Anything that measures how the site is used stays off unless you accept.
How long we keep it
Messages and applications: while the conversation needs them, then deleted within 12 months.
The mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Orders: six years, as tax law requires.
Set-up answers, logos and photos: while we build, and for 12 months after in case you need changes. Sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or take a copy elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to hello@elevenevendesigns.com and we’ll answer within a month. If you’re unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change how we handle your details, we update this page first.
