These are the terms you agree to when you buy from Eleven Even Designs. They’re short on purpose.

Who we are
Eleven Even Designs is the trading name of ELEVENEVEN DESIGNS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17509625. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. Write to us at hello@elevenevendesigns.com, or through the Contact page.
What you can buy
A template, £295. Designer setup, £695. Studio Care, £85 a month. Prices are in pounds, and the price on the page is the price you pay.
Hosting is separate. You pay Framer directly, about $10 a month. None of it comes to us.
When you apply for a founding place: what you tell us in the form.
When you buy: your name, email, billing details and what you bought. Your card details go to the payment provider and never reach us.
When we build your site or keep it up to date: your answers to our forms, your logo and your photos.
Templates
A template arrives straight away as a link that copies the design into your own Framer account. From there it’s yours to edit however you like.
One purchase covers one website for one business. Please don’t resell it, share the link or offer it as a template of your own.
Designer setup
We build your chosen template in your colours, fonts, photos and words, from one form. You get a round of changes once you’ve seen it.
Live in 48 hours means two working days, Monday to Friday, from your completed form: every question answered, and your logo and photos uploaded.
We take two set-ups a week. If the week is full, we tell you the next free slot before we start, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Not included: new page layouts, logo design, photography, and setting up your booking system itself.
What you send us
Your words, logo and photos stay yours. By sending them you confirm they’re yours to use, and we use them only to build your site.
Anything that measures how the site is used stays off unless you accept.
Who owns what
The site we build is yours from day one: your Framer account, your login.
The template design stays ours. Your purchase is a licence to use it for that one website, for as long as you like.
Orders: six years, as tax law requires.
Set-up answers, logos and photos: while we build, and for 12 months after in case you need changes. Sooner if you ask.
Studio Care
Studio Care is optional. Once a month we ask what’s changed and update your site within 48 hours: prices, photos, team, hours and offers. New pages and redesigns are quoted separately.
The first month is free with Designer setup, and it stops there unless you choose to carry on. Cancel any time; it ends with the month you’ve paid for.
Offers
Upgrade: if you bought a template, you can move to Designer setup within 7 days for £400.
Welcome code: £30 off a first order, valid for 7 days, once per customer.
Founding clients: Designer setup for £395, for the first five. We ask for an honest review once you’re live, and show it on the Client spotlight page, labelled as a founding client.
Offers can’t be combined.
Cancelling and refunds
Templates can’t be returned once you have the link. Designer setup is refunded in full if you cancel before we start building. The detail is on the Refunds page.
If something goes wrong
If what you get isn’t what the page described, tell us and we fix it. Nothing here takes away your legal rights.
We’re responsible for loss our mistakes cause that we could reasonably have foreseen, up to the amount you paid us. We don’t limit our liability where the law says we can’t.
Framer, your booking system and any other service you choose are run by their own companies, under their own terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The terms in place when you bought are the ones that apply to your order.
