Templates
Templates are digital and delivered straight away, so they can’t be returned once you have the link. By buying, you ask us to deliver at once and agree that the 14-day right to cancel ends when the link is sent.
If the link doesn’t work, or the template isn’t what the page described, we fix it or refund you.
Designer setup
Refunded in full if you cancel before we start building. After that, we fix anything that isn’t right.
Studio Care
Cancel any time. It ends with the month you’ve paid for, and that month isn’t refunded.
Upgrading instead
Bought a template and wish we’d built it? Move to Designer setup within 7 days for £400.
How to ask
Write to hello@elevenevendesigns.com from the email you ordered with. We reply within 1 working day, and refunds go back to the card you paid with within 14 days.
Nothing here takes away your legal rights.
